How We Keep AutoplayX Safe
A few simple rules keep sessions safe, respectful, and reliable for everyone.
Verified players only
Every player verifies their WhatsApp number with a 6-digit OTP before their first booking. This keeps sessions free of no-shows, fake profiles, and drop-in strangers.
One phone number = one profile. No duplicate accounts.
Skill level honesty
Pick the skill level that honestly reflects how you play today. Sessions are organized by level so everyone has a fair, enjoyable game.
If you show up and the level is clearly wrong, the session host may flag it. Repeated mismatches can pause your account.
No-show policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the session.
- Cancel within 24 hours only if you truly can't make it.
- 1 no-show: friendly reminder.
- 2 no-shows: account is flagged for review.
- 3 no-shows: 30-day suspension from booking.
How to report an issue
From My Sessions, tap “Report an issue” on any past session. Tell us what happened — unsporting behaviour, skill mismatch, safety concern, or anything else.
Reports are private and reviewed within 48 hours.
What happens when rules are broken
- First issue: we reach out on WhatsApp to hear your side.
- Repeated issues: temporary suspension from bookings.
- Serious safety issues: permanent removal from the community.
We keep the bar high so every session feels safe to walk into — even alone.
